We’re delighted that you’re considering The Early Years Academy for your child’s early learning journey!
Our goal is to make the enrollment process simple, transparent, and supportive — from your first inquiry to your child’s first day in our care.
We enroll children ages 6 weeks through 12 years, serving families with high-quality early childhood education in a nurturing, play-based environment.

We invite families to visit, meet our teachers, and experience the joyful, engaging environment that makes The Early Years Academy special.
After your visit, you’ll receive our Enrollment Packet, which includes:
Application form
Tuition agreement
Family handbook
Licensing and health documentation
Completed forms may be submitted electronically or dropped off in person.
To finalize enrollment, we require:
Registration fee (non-refundable)
First week’s tuition
Required medical and emergency contact forms
Enrollment is accepted year-round based on availability.
Our tuition rates reflect our commitment to providing small group sizes, certified teachers, high-quality materials, and safe, clean facilities that support the best outcomes for children.
Tuition Includes:
Nutritious daily meals and snacks
Developmentally appropriate curriculum
Family communication updates
Outdoor play and enrichment activities
Tuition varies by program and schedule. Please contact our director for current rates and availability.
We proudly participate in the Illinois Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) and are happy to guide families through the application process.
